Design
In this phase, our focus is on the software architecture: How is the system structured? For example, how will usability, security or data protection be ensured? Which programming languages, components, frameworks etc. are used where? Here we can draw on our many years of experience in a wide range of projects and industries. Implementation
Once the what and the how have been clarified, implementation can begin. Here we work iteratively and incrementally. We often start with an MVP (Minimal Viable Product) in order to obtain feedback from stakeholders as quickly as possible. We incorporate this feedback directly and thus improve the system step by step.
Testing & Integration
Testing and integration (DevSecOps) usually run in parallel. What we build, we test and integrate at the same time. We automate the tests and deployment as far as possible. This increases traceability and therefore quality.
Maintenance & Operation
Of course we continue to support our customers after the go-live. The system is constantly being improved (bug fixes) and expanded on request. If you do not want to operate the system yourself, we can do this for you (in the cloud or on your premises).
